Chapter 26 - INSTITUTIONAL SCHOOL ACCREDITATION
Section 26-7 - Common Core of Knowledge

All schools shall establish student performance standards at developmentally appropriate levels in the following common core of knowledge. Programs shall be established and may be interdisciplinary. Assessment of student performance shall be included in these programs.
(a) Language Arts;
(b) Social Studies;
(c) Mathematics;
(d) Science;
(e) Physical Education;
(f) Health and Safety;
(g) Humanities;
(h) Career Options;
(i) Applied Technology.
Opportunities may be provided for students to participate in programs addressing the arts and foreign cultures including languages.
