Chapter 2 - ECONOMIC DISASTER LOANS
Section 2-4 - Application Process For An Economic Disaster Loan

a. All applications for Economic Disaster Loans shall be submitted on the required forms. Complete applications will be accepted at any time and scheduled for final review and approval or denial by the Board of Directors on a first-come, first-served basis.
b. One (1) copy of the application shall be submitted to the Council offices at:

Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002
c. Every application shall include, unless waived by the Council the following at a minimum:
(i) three (3) years of financial and tax
statements, plus detailed and complete current financial statements of the
Business and the owner(s);
(ii)
pro-forma cash-flow statement projections of the Business for a minimum of one
(1) year;
(iii) a statement that
such funds for the Economic disaster loan are not available from the
private-sector at a like term and interest rate;
(iv) a detailed repayment plan of the
Borrower;
(v) certification that
all statutory requirements will be met; and
(vi) proposed collateral and personal
guarantees for the loan.
