(a) Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but is not limited to the following schedule:
(i) Application Fee

(ix) In
accordance with
W.S.
1-1-115 the Board may charge a collection fee
for any returned checks.

(c) For these rules incorporated by reference:
(i) The Board determined that
incorporation of the full text in these rules would be cumbersome, or
inefficient given the length or nature of the rules;
(ii) The incorporation by reference does not
include any later amendments, or editions of the incorporated matter beyond the
applicable date identified in subsection (b) other section; and
(iii) The incorporated rules are maintained
at the Board's office and are available for public inspection and copy at the
same location.
