Section 3-6 - Failure to Renew

(a) A licensee who fails to renew the licensure shall have one (1) calendar year from the expiration date to renew the expired license by submitting the application and fee for renewal to the board.
(b) A licensee who fails to renew the licensure by the December 31st expiration date and continues to practice, is unlawfully practicing without a license, subject to the penalties provided for violation(s) of the Wyoming Nursing Home Administrators Act, including W.S. 33-22-110 and shall apply for relicensure in oder to legally practice nursing home administration.
