Initial licenses shall expire on September 30th of the year following the year of issue. Thereafter, upon renewal, the license shall be valid for one (1) year. The Board shall issue a wall certificate to the successful applicant bearing the full name of the holder, license serial number, date of issuance, expiration date, and appropriate seal.
