Section 11-2 - Provisions of Additional Services

(a) During the duration of a state of emergency declared by the Governor of the State of Wyoming, anyone licensed by the Board may perform additional services under Wyoming Statute 33-45-102(a)(vi) provided:
(i) The licensee has the education and
training to perform the duties requested of them in safe and competent
manner;
(ii) The licensee notifies
and has written permission from their Board approved supervisor to provide
additional services; and
(iii) The
licensee receives the proper supervision as required in W.S. 33-45107 (b).
