Section 5-5 - Notice of Complaints and Applications

The manner and time for giving notice of complaints and applications and the time and place for hearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Conservation Act and these rules. Unless otherwise specified by the statutes or these rules, the applicant shall notify those Owners of the subject lands and other lands within one-half (1/2) mile of the boundaries of the subject lands or location where the operations is to be undertaken.
