Section 4-9 - Notice of Commencement/Discontinuance of Injection Operations

(a) The following provisions shall apply to all injection operations:
(i) Immediately
upon the commencement of injection operations, the Owner/Operator shall notify
the Supervisor of the injection date;
(ii) Within ten (10) days after the
discontinuance of injection operations, the Operator shall notify the
Supervisor of the date of such discontinuance and the reasons therefore;
and
(iii) Before any injection well
shall be plugged, notice shall be given the Supervisor by the Owner/Operator of
said well.
