Section 1-6 - Incorporation by Reference

(a) The standards, rules and regulation of the U. S. Government, National Fire Protection Association, American National Standards Institute, and other organizations which are not agencies of the State of Wyoming which are legally incorporated by reference in these rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as these Rules and Regulations for Oil and Gas Well Special Services.

(b) Copies of the standards, rules and regulations which are incorporated by reference may be examined at the office of Workers' Safety and Compensation Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Copies of private standards, rules or regulations may be obtained from the issuing organizations. Their names and addresses are listed in these rules and regulations.

(c) Any changes in the standards, rules or regulations incorporated by reference in these rules and regulations and an historic file of such changes are available for inspection at the office of Workers' Safety and Compensation Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
