Chapter 1 - GENERAL
Section 1-5 - Applicability of Rules and Regulations

(a) In addition to the requirements contained in the State of Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety 1910-General Rules and Regulations and, as appropriate, the Oil and Gas Well Drilling and Oil and Gas Well Servicing Rules and Regulations, these rules and regulations shall apply to all businesses and industries, employers and employees on the job site.

(b) If a particular requirement contained herein is specifically applicable to a condition, practice, means, method, operation or process it shall prevail over any different general rule or regulation which might otherwise be applicable to the same condition practice, means, method, operation or process.
