Chapter 2 - VACCINATION AGAINST AND SURVEILLANCE FOR BRUCELLOSIS
Section 2-5 - Adoption of Federal Regulations

(a) The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services Brucellosis Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules (UMR) as issued and amended as of October 2003 shall be adopted by the Wyoming Livestock Board insofar as those procedures are not inconsistent with the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Wyoming. These rules do not include any later amendments of the UMR past October 2003. Copies of the UMR are available to the public at the office of the Board.

(b) The United States Code of Federal Regulations, 9 CFR, Chapter 1 (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Department of Agriculture), Sub-chapter B (Cooperative Control and Eradication of Livestock or Poultry Diseases) Part 51 (including all of its subparts)-Animals Destroyed Because of Brucellosis; Sub-chapter C (Interstate Transportation of Animals (Including Poultry and Animal Products)) Part 70 (including all of its subparts)-Rules of Practice Governing Proceedings Under Certain Acts and Part 78 (including all of its subparts)-Brucellosis, as issued and amended as of January 1, 2009 shall be adopted by the Board insofar as these federal regulations are not inconsistent with the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Wyoming. These rules do not include any later amendments of the adopted Code of Federal Regulations past January 2009. Copies of the Code of Federal Regulations are available to the public at the office of the Board.
