Section 2-13 - Testing of Bovinae at Custom Slaughter Facility

(a) All Bovinae twelve (12) months of age and over, slaughtered at Wyoming Custom Slaughter Facilities shall have a blood sample collected during the slaughter process. The sample will be submitted to the Wyoming State Veterinary Laboratory for testing. The Board will compensate custom slaughter facilities management on a per sample basis at a rate determined by the Board if funds are available.
