Section 2-16 - Movement of Quarantined Bovinae

(a) Movement of Quarantined Bovinae will only be allowed by a Quarantine Movement Permit as outlined in the UMR, insofar as those procedures are not inconsistent with the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Wyoming. A permit may only be issued under the following conditions:
(i)
Direct Movement to a Recognized Slaughter Establishment for Immediate
Slaughter;
(ii) Direct Movement to
a research or diagnostic facility as specifically approved by the Wyoming State
Veterinarian.
(iii) Direct movement
from an approved livestock market back to the Farm or Ranch of Origin under
quarantine.
