Section 13-5 - Incorporation of Federal Regulations Used in Rules

(a) The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The following Code of Federal Regulations provisions, being too long and cumbersome to incorporate the full text, shall be incorporated by reference in these rules: 9 CFR 54.8 (1-1-14 Edition) Pages 187-189; 54.10, pages 189-190; 54.20; 54.21; and 54.22, pages 190-191; and 9 CFR 79.1, 79.2, 79.3, 79.4, 79.5, 79.6 and 79.7 (1-1-14 Edition), pages 317-340 shall be adopted by the Board in so far as those procedures are not inconsistent with the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Wyoming. These rules do not include any later amendments of the adopted CFRs past January 1, 2016. (b) The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service's Scrapie Eradication Uniform Methods and Rules as issued and amended June 2013, being too long and cumbersome to incorporate the full text, shall be incorporated by reference in these rules. These rules do not include any later amendments of the UMR past June 2013.
