Section 1-15 - Transfer of Livestock Market License

(a) A Livestock Market license is only transferable to another person or entity with prior written approval of the Agency.
(i) A change
in the membership of a partnership, limited liability corporation, business,
association or any other entity authorized by the state of Wyoming owning or
having an interest in a Livestock Market, or the sale or transfer of a twenty
five percent (25%) or greater interest in the stock ownership of a Livestock
Market shall be considered a transfer of the Livestock Market license and is
subject to the requirements of this section.
(b) Application in accordance with the requirements of W.S. § 11-22-101 et seq. to allow transfer of a Livestock Market license shall be made to the Agency on a form prescribed and furnished by the Agency.
