(a) The following definitions apply to this Chapter:
(i)
"Violent death" means a death that results from the intentional use of physical
force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or a
group or community; and
(ii)
"Wyoming Violent Death Reporting System (WYVDRS)" means the Wyoming Department
of Health program to collect information on all violent deaths in
Wyoming.
