Chapter 2 - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDER CERTIFICATION
Section 2-8 - Certification Standards

(a) To be certified or to renew certification, a provider of substance use disorder services, who is not nationally accredited pursuant to Section 2 of this Chapter, shall meet the following standards as applicable:
(i) Organizational
and administrative standards according to Section
9 of this Chapter;
(ii) Clinical staff and supervision standards
according to Section
10 of this Chapter;
(iii) Client case records according to
Section 11 of this
Chapter;
(iv) General substance use
disorder service standards according to Section
12 of this Chapter;
(v) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
service standards according to Section
13 of this Chapter; and
(vi) Impaired driving education service
standards according to Section
14 of this Chapter.
