(a) This Chapter is intended to be read in conjunction with the Child Health Insurance Program Act at W.S. §§ 35-25-101 through 35-25-111, 42 U.S.C. § 1397 aa through 139711, andHHS Regulations at 42 C.F.R. Part 457.
(b) Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as providing an individual with an entitlement to Kid Care CHIP.
