These rules are intended to supersede Rules and Regulations of the Division of Behavioral Health, dated February 1984, and amended October 1984, February 1992; Chapter 16 Substance Abuse Standards, November 2002; and Chapter 17 Rules and Regulations for Provision of Substance Abuse Services to the Criminal Justice Population, only to the extent that those rules may be construed to apply to the certification and delivery of substance abuse prevention, early intervention recovery support services, and/or treatment services.
