W.S. 35-4-130 declares Sexually Transmitted Diseases to be contagious, infectious, communicable and dangerous to public health. A current listing of time based reportable diseases may be obtained from the office of the State Health Officer, State Epidemiologist, state Sexually Transmitted Diseases Program or State HIV/AIDS Prevention Program. Reportable Sexually Transmitted Diseases include the following (a through e):
(a) AIDS - Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
(b) Chlamydia - Chlamydia trachomatis
(c) Gonorrhea - Neisseria gonorrhoeae
(d) HIV Infection - Human Immune Deficiency Virus
(e) Syphilis - Treponema pallidum
