All individuals who have been determined eligible for waiver services shall be included in the statewide data registry used by the Division for planning, monitoring, and analysis for the waiver system. Information in the registry is considered confidential and will not be released without proper authorization, or otherwise as required by law. Providers shall submit data on programs, participant outcomes, costs, and other information as required by the Division.
