Chapter 2 - STATE LICENSED SHELTER CARE ELIGIBILITY AND SERVICES
Section 2-2 - Purpose and Applicability

(a) This Chapter is being adopted to implement W.S. 9-2-1204 and 9-2-1209, which create the state licensed shelter care program. Except as otherwise specified, the Department of Health will implement and administer the program through DFS.

(b) This Chapter is being adopted to establish eligibility standards, define the scope of covered services, and establish the methods and standards for reimbursing provider's of state licensed shelter care services. This Chapter applies to state licensed shelter care services provided on or after July 1, 1994.
