(a) No certified center, licensed psychologist, licensed APRN, licensed mental health professional, or licensed behavioral analyst that furnishes services to a client shall receive Medicaid reimbursement unless enrolled with Medicaid.
(b) A certified center, licensed psychologist, licensed APRN, licensed mental health professional, or licensed behavioral analyst that wishes to receive Medicaid reimbursement for services furnished to a client shall meet the provider participation requirements of Medicaid Rules Chapter 3.
