(a) Monitoring of breath analyst permittees will be carried out as a function of permit renewal as described in these regulations.
(b) The state agency may require a permittee to take and pass a practical and/or written examination if it deems it necessary, but a practical and/or written examination may not be required more than twice in a one (1) year period.
