Chapter 39 - DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENT COST AND ACTUAL CASH VALUE POLICIES
Section 39-2 - Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to prescribe standards for the approval of policies and contracts of property insurance which are or may become endorsed by an insurer to alter the method of valuation of an insured's loss covered under such policies or contracts so as to ensure that such endorsements do not contain misleading clauses, exceptions or conditions in violation of W.S. 26-15-113(a) (ii).
