"or lab MDL" means 0.1 ug/100 cm2 or the lab's Method Detection Limit (or Limit of Detection or equivalent) whichever is greater except no less than 1 ug/100 cm2

The AL-LAA for a target compound is a level 5 times the AL for that compound
