Chapter 9 - BIGHORN SHEEP AND MOUNTAIN GOAT HUNTING SEASONS
Section 9-2 - Definitions

In addition to the definitions set forth in Title 23 of the Wyoming Statutes and Chapter 2, General Hunting Regulation, the Commission also adopts the following definitions for the purpose of this chapter;

(a) "Bighorn sheep horns" mean the hollow horn sheaths of bighorn sheep, either attached to the skull or separated.

(b) "Less than three quarter (3/4) curl ram" means a male bighorn sheep with an unbroomed horn that does not intercept or cross a straight line drawn from the outer edge of the forward base of the horn through the back of the eye socket when viewed in profile.

(c) "Plugging" means placement of a permanent metal plug provided and attached by the Department.
