Transportation of live fish shall be in accordance with Commission Regulation Chapter 51, Private Fish Hatcheries. Persons Transporting Goldfish (Carassius auratus) or koi for stocking into ornamental ponds (as defined in Commission Regulation Chapter 69, Importation and Possession of Live Cold-Blooded Wildlife) are exempted from the placarding requirements of that regulation.
