The holder of a Wildlife Rehabilitation Permit assumes liability for exposure of a human or contraction by a human of any disease or parasite transmitted by the wildlife possessed by the rehabilitator. The wildlife rehabilitator agrees that he/she shall not hold himself/herself as an agent, servant or employee of the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission or Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
