Section 40-7 - Notification and Disposition of Diseased Game Birds

The licensee or his/her authorized agent shall notify the Department within twenty-four (24) hours of having reason to believe that game birds held under a license pursuant to this regulation may have been exposed to or contracted a contagious disease or parasite. It shall be a violation of this regulation to remove game birds exposed to or which have contracted a contagious disease or parasite from the holding facility(ies) without prior authorization from the Department.
