Chapter 34 - AUXILIARY MANAGEMENT HUNTING SEASONS
Section 34-2 - Definitions

Definitions shall be as set forth in Title 23, Wyoming Statutes, Commission regulations, and the Commission also adopts the following definitions:
(a) "Auxiliary Management Hunting Seasons" means hunting seasons for big game animals, trophy game animals or wild turkeys causing damage to land, growing cultivated crops, stored crops, seed crops, improvements or causing extraordinary damage to grass; hunting seasons for trophy game animals causing actual damage to livestock or bees including honey and hives; or, hunting seasons for big game animals, trophy game animals or wild turkeys for the purpose of meeting disease management objectives.
