The Department may consider a permit application for any warm-blooded wildlife from governmental entities, or any accredited college or university or a qualified person as determined by the Department for education, research, special purposes or to meet Department wildlife management goals. Such permits may be issued in accordance with Commission Regulation Chapter 33, Scientific Research, Educational or Special Purpose Permits and in accordance with the health and inspection requirements of this regulation, unless otherwise authorized.
