Section 10-21 - Permit Renewal

Any person possessing live warm-blooded wildlife held under a permit shall make application for a new permit to the Department no later than sixty (60) consecutive days prior to the expiration of the permit if said wildlife are to be possessed beyond the permit's expiration date. Applications for renewal shall be treated as original applications and may be denied in accordance with procedures set forth in this regulation. The Department shall renew the permit for the game farm in accordance with Section 26.
