(a) In addition to all other requirements under this chapter, each vendor has an ongoing duty to:
(i) Ensure skill based amusement game data is
backed up daily; and
(ii) Safeguard
keys to the locked cabinet of a skill based amusement game. A vendor shall not
provide skill based amusement game cabinet keys to an operator or an operator's
employees or agents, unless the vendor owns, manages, or operates the
establishment.
