Section 9-1 - Grounds for Disciplinary Actions

The Commission may suspend or revoke, any permit issued by it or the director for any violations by the person holding the permit, or such permittee's employees or agents, of any of the provisions of the statutes, or any of the rules promulgated the reunder Acceptance or renewal of a sports wagering permit by a permittee constitutes an agreement on the part of the permittee to be bound by all the Commission rules It is the responsibility of the permittee to remain self-informed of the content of all such rules, and ignorance thereof will not excuse violations.
