Section 1-5 - Requests for Roster of Licensees

(a) A printed copy of the roster shall be made available to stale agencies and licensees upon request, free of charge.
(b) Any other person may obtain a printed copy of the roster in the following manner:
(i) A payment in the amount of $25.00 must
accompany a written request for a printed copy.
(c) The roster of licensees shall be made available, at no charge, to state agencies, licensees and any other person by means of the Board's Internet web page.
