Section 2-1 - Structure of the Board

The Board shall consist of five (5) persons, one (1) public member, one (1) physician who is licensed in the state of Wyoming with a special interest in pulmonary medicine, and three (3) respiratory care practitioners who are licensed under this act. Appointments and removal of board members shall be governed by W.S. 33-43-103 and W.S. W.S. W.S. 9-1-202.
