Solid waste management facilities may not be constructed or operated without a permit which demonstrates compliance with the technical standards and procedural requirements of the Wyoming Solid Waste Management Rules and Regulations. Any permitted facility shall operate in compliance with current or amended technical and procedural solid waste management rules and regulations.
