(a) IBR. 40 CFR Part 273 and all Subparts are herein incorporated by reference.
(i) For purposes of
40
CFR 273.32(a)(3), "EPA"
shall be defined as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
(ii) For purposes of
40 CFR
273.15(c)(2), the term
"lamp" shall be inserted after "battery,".
