Section 11-2 - Acid Rain Program

(a) General: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations on Acid Rain designated in Chapter 11, Section 2(b) are incorporated by reference into these regulations.

(b) Acid Rain Program Regulations: The following Acid Rain Program Regulations found in 40 CFR Parts 72 - 78, revised and published as of July 1, 2023, not including any later amendments, are adopted and incorporated by reference. Copies of Acid Rain Program Regulations are available for public inspection and can be obtained at cost from the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, Cheyenne Office.
