Section 2-7 - Application procedure

An eligible applicant may submit a written application to the Wyoming Attorney General. The application shall clearly set forth the facts and circumstances of the case for which SPA funding is sought, including the projected costs of prosecution, as defined in Section 3(e) above. The application shall also include supporting budget information, as defined in Section 3(c) above. The Attorney General will not accept or process any application that is not signed by a district attorney or county and prosecuting attorney.
