(b) Pool equipment rooms shall:
(i) Be large enough to permit
access to all equipment for both operation and maintenance;
(ii) Be adequately ventilated;
(iii) Have a floor sloped to a floor drain;
and
(iv) Protect pool equipment
from the weather and be locked, permitting access only to authorized
personnel.
