Pursuant to the authority vested in the Department of Agriculture by W.S. 11-11-101 through 11-11-121 - ( Buying, Selling and Storing of Grain) and W.S. W.S. W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115) (Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act), the following regulations are hereby promulgated and adopted.
