Section 2-5 - License Fees

(a) For establishments or processing plants that are required to have a license, as specified under Chapter 2, Section 1(a), the regulatory authority shall issue a license to the applicant after the appropriate license fee is submitted.
(b) The license fee schedule is as follows:
(i) All
establishments that are new, have a new owner or have changed location shall
pay an initial license fee of $100.00 with an annual license renewal fee of
$50.00;
(ii) Temporary
establishment license fees shall be $25.00; and
(iii) Temporary sampling establishment
license fees shall be $25.00.
