Section 6-4 - Denying Access in Case of Intoxication

Persons who appear to be intoxicated, or under the influence of a controlled substance may be denied access to the State Capitol building or any other building under the jurisdiction of the State Building Commission by the Capitol Security Police, or may be removed after demonstrating such behavior while in a state building.
