Section 2-20 - Replacement Housing Payments for 180 Day Owners of Mobile Homes

A displaced owner of a mobile home who meets the eligibility requirements applicable to owners of conventionally dwellings and who has occupied the home for at least 180 days on the site from which he is being displaced shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for costs necessary to purchase replacement housing and compensation for the loss of favorable financing on his existing mortgage provided such reimbursement does not exceed $15,000.00. A displaced owner who is eligible for a replacement housing payment under this section, and who elects to rent replacement housing, shall be entitled to receive a rent supplement payment not to exceed $4,000.00.
