Chapter 2 - RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Section 2-17 - Subsequent Occupants

Subsequent occupants who occupy a dwelling after the initiation of negotiations for its purchase and who are in occupancy at the time legal possession is obtained, are entitled to relocation assistance advisory services in locating adequate replacement housing. Rent supplement payments are available only if adequate replacement housing is not available or the monthly rent exceeds twenty-five percent (25%) of the occupant's gross monthly income.
