Section Pod 3.03 - Evidence of compliance

(1) Certification by the providing organization or by one of the approved accrediting bodies shall be accepted by the board as evidence of attendance at and completion of a continuing medical education program.

(2) A podiatrist shall retain evidence of compliance for a minimum of 4 years from the date of completion of an educational program.

(3) A certified copy of an official transcript or a diploma shall be accepted by the board as the evidence of graduation from an approved school of podiatric medicine and surgery required under s. Pod 3.02(4).
