Pursuant to s. 227.20(1), Stats., emergency rules are not published in the Administrative Code. In the event that Chapter PA 2 is promulgated as a permanent rule, the text of Chapter PA 2 as contained in the the permanent rule will be inserted in the Administrative Code on the effective date of the permanent rule.
