Section NR 809.956 - Special notice of the availability of unregulated contaminant monitoring results

Current through August 26, 2024

(1) TIMING OF THE SPECIAL NOTICE. The water supplier for a community water system or non-transient non-community water system required to monitor under 40 CFR 141.401 and s. NR 809.25 shall not ify persons served by the public water system of the availability of the results of such sampling no later than 12 months after the monitoring results are known.

(2) FORM AND MANNER OF THE SPECIAL NOTICE. The form and manner of the public notice shall follow the requirements for a Tier 3 public notice prescribed in s. NR 809.953(3) and (4) (a) and (c). The notice shall also identify a person and provide the telephone number to contact for information on the monitoring results.
